Culture

SiriusXM values are the heart of our culture, and they guide our actions and decisions every day.

At SiriusXM, we shape the future of audio by embodying our core values, which are to be: authentic, inclusive, curious, and driven. Our vision is to create a world where everyone feels connected to voices, stories, and music that speak directly to them, no matter who they are.

SiriusXM Values

Benefits and Perks

There are many benefits to working at SiriusXM. With a bustling new office in the heart of downtown Toronto, a flexible working model, and the chance to bump into a celebrity guest or catch an impromptu performance in our new studios, we’re proud to offer a variety of perks and benefits for our staff.

Start your weekends early

We loved our Summer Fridays so much, we made them year-round. Whether you’re remote, in-office, or somewhere in the middle, the majority of our employees can end the workweek every Friday at 12:30 pm.

Flexibility

SiriusXM Flex is our hybrid working model that gives our employees the flexibility to blend working from home and working in the office.

We realize there is no “one size fits all” approach to the way we work today. Flexibility has a different meaning to everyone – embracing our differences and what makes each of us unique is what we’re all about.

SiriusXM Flex gives our employees flexibility while also cultivating the value we believe comes from being together in the office.

SiriusXM InTune

Give back

SiriusXM In Tune is our philanthropy program, providing our employees with opportunities to give back to their communities in ways that matter to them

Day of Service offers all full-time employees an additional paid day off within the year to volunteer their time to any charitable cause they choose.

Donation Matching gives employees the opportunity to double the impact of their charitable contributions, offering a match made by SiriusXM Canada for donations made to registered Canadian charities.

In addition, our employees lead a variety of philanthropic initiatives throughout the year, such as Campfire Circle, The Great Cycle Challenge, and more.

Exclusive access to FUN

Whether you join with your team or bring a +1, SiriusXM employees get opportunities to attend some of the best live entertainment in and out of the office.

Can’t forget to mention – all full-time employees also receive a free SiriusXM listening account!

Support and peace of mind

Feel supported every day. Beyond our robust employee assistance programs, we also offer an onsite prayer and meditation room, and free access for full-time employees to extra wellness resources like the award-winning Calm mindfulness app.

Continue to learn and grow

There are many perks of being a SiriusXM employee – and we’re not just talking about a free SiriusXM subscription at home and in your car. We also invest in our employees’ futures by providing growth opportunities and educational assistance, including on-site professional leadership training, self-directed training courses, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Community

We believe our company and the entertainment industry is strengthened by diverse perspectives, voices, stories and ideas. At SiriusXM Canada, we strive to foster an inclusive environment where all our differences are valued, respected, supported and amplified.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council

As an organization we are committed to championing diversity, equity and inclusion through our actions, our platform, and our impact with our employees, partners, artists and audiences.

Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council works with the organization, providing consultation and a variety of activities to enhance SiriusXM’s DE&I efforts.

This includes providing employee education and training, hosting events and fundraisers, communicating cultural celebrations and observations, and sharing information and resources for continued learning.

More Good Stuff

Location, location, location

SiriusXM Canada’s new home is at 351 King Street East. Nestled between three well-established and growing neighbourhoods – St. Lawrence, Corktown, and the Distillery District – our new office has an abundance of natural light, bookable motorized standing desks, a performance space, an outdoor terrace for all of your most important warm-weather meetings, and much more!

In addition, SiriusXM Canada has been certified as accessible through the Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification™ (RHFAC) program, in partnership with the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Group.

Events

In a hybrid work environment, we make the most of our in-person time together, which includes special events in and out of the office. With performances, lunch and learns, holiday parties and so much more, we always have a reason to get together.

Let's go Brew Jays!

The SiriusXM Brew Jays are our in-house recreational softball team. The season runs from May until September each year, with the team playing approximately one evening game per week.

The team is usually registered in a Television, Film, and Media league, so get ready to face off against friends, foes and other competitors!

Special Guests

We’re an entertainment company, so yes- we have special guests! A variety of musicians, actors, athletes, speakers, comedians and more stop by to participate in interviews in our studios. Sometimes they even join in our Town Halls!

Check out the names on our autograph wall and see if you can decipher all the guests we’ve had to date.
